 Mobile VPN with SSL on macOS cannot connect when non-ASCII characters in passphrase

If an Active Directory user passphrase includes a non-ASCII character, such as £, that user account cannot connect with Mobile VPN with SSL on a macOS system.

This issue does not occur if your passphrase only uses ASCII characters. This issue also does not occur with third-party OpenVPN clients.
