 Guestbook import from CSV fails in Wi-Fi Cloud because of Excel formatting

When you use Microsoft Excel to save plain text entries to a CSV file, Excel automatically adds quotation marks to each entry, which causes guestbook import to fail.


When this fails, you might see error message: Please specify first row of ".csv" file with valid headers

This issue does not occur if you add entries to the CSV file with a text editor, such as Microsoft Notepad.
