WatchGuard Cloud includes user interface (UI) walkthroughs that introduce product features and show you how to navigate the UI. We use a third-party tool from Appcues to build these walkthroughs.

If you are protected by a Firebox with an HTTPS-proxy that has content inspection enabled, the Appcues walkthroughs do not start correctly. This issue does not occur when content inspection is not enabled.

In the HTTPS proxy action used by the HTTPS-proxy policy, in the Content Inspection section, add an exception to allow traffic for the domain *.appcues.net.
